Description of this Negrita Rum Poster
This very famous vintage poster by the artist Dorfi is a reproduction of a 1910 Negrita advertisement for the famous rum. Its compact format, regardless of size, will give a vintage style to your wall decoration. On the advertising visual, we see the West Indian waitress, whom everyone associates with the brand. Here, it has been modernized compared to its 1910 version (to see its original version, please consult this other Negrita poster), but this would have made it at the time one of the oldest characters in the history of French advertising. This vintage poster shows us an enlarged representation of the Negrita bottle, a technique widely used for beer or alcohol advertisements. The goal is always the same: to make your mouth water! If you’re looking for a decorative gift or an original decorative object, this vintage poster will definitely add a retro style to your interior.
